Kelvin Henry Davis, 60, died Jan. 24 in Huntsville, Ala.He was born Nov. 22, 1954 to Laura P. and the late Hermon Franklin Davis. Along with his mother, he is survived by his wife, Shelia Whitaker Davis; sons, Isaac Franklin Davis, Chris Davis and Shamone (Antrice) Davis; daughters, Shavone K. Davis and Michal Donna Vaughter; four grandchildren, three brothers, Hermon Davis Jr. of Dallas, Texas, William (Renee) Davis of San Diego, Calif., and Bryon Davis; five sisters, Jackie (Matt) Wilson of Stone Mountain, Ga., Margaret (James) Malone, Robin (Marvin) Malone, Leila Guidry of Beaumont, Texas and Freddie Thomas of Texas; mother-in-law, Gloria Whitaker; father-in-law, David E. Whitaker; six brothers-in-law, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and best friends, Bubba, Joey, Deborah Compton, Alvin, and all the painting department at Quality Industries.Southern Standard (McMinnville, Tenn.)
