Rock Island resident and Warren County native Kelly Wayne Rowland, 69, was born March 6, 1945 and died Oct. 13 at his residence following an extended illness.A retired maintenance electrician, a member of the Church of Christ, and attended East End Church of Christ, he was the son of the late William and Edith Greene Rowland. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by mother-in-law, Olyne Griffith. He was married Aug. 22, 1968 to Pam Griffith Rowland of Rock Island.
