Karen Strader Lee, 75, a Horn Lake, MS resident and Talala, Okla., native was born Dec. 25, 1944 and passed away Feb. 24 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital following a sudden illness.

She was a retired office manager with Corporate Collections, a member of Carriage Hills Baptist Church in Southaven, MS, a longtime member of Bethel Hill Baptist Church of the Centertown Community, and the daughter of the late Archie Lee and Lucie Bryan George Strader.

Mrs. Lee was married May 20, 1963 to Thomas Wayne Lee, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by daughter Janis (Robert) McGranaghan and son William Justin Lee, both of the Centertown community, granddaughters Heather (Jason) Marsalis of Southaven, MS and Tiffaney (Christopher) Martinez of Santa Fe, Texas, grandsons Wyatt Lee and Little Tom, great-grandchildren Wesley, Taylor, Carlisle, Bentley, and Jace, sister Margaret Lee of Nowata, Okla.; several beloved friends and family.

Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 8, at Bethel Hill Baptist Church with William Randolph officiating. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church. No visitation will be held at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
