Crawford resident and Warren County native Judy Ginn Farmer, 69, was born April 12, 1947 and died May 2 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga following a sudden illness. A retired supervisor with Oster Corporation and a member of Hanging Limb Free Will Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Garvin D. and Wavie Francis Rhea Ginn. She was married to Roy Eugene Farmer and James David Vaughn, who both preceded her in death.
