Waverly resident and Warren County native Judy Carol Brewer, 59, was born Dec. 13 and died June 22 at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly following a brief illness.She was the daughter of the late Thomas A. and Dola Scruggs Brewer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Michael Brewer; and sister, Dixie Sharon Brewer.She is survived by sister, Dean Brewer of McMinnville; sister-in-law, Annette Brewer of McMinnville; nephew, Flavil Brewer of McMinnville; great-nephews, Logan and Baylen Brewer; and special niece, Emma Beechum.Funeral service was Tuesday at High’s Chapel with Jim Hunt officiating.
