Joycie Elizabeth Kirby, 83, of McMinnville died Wednesday afternoon at her residence. She was a homemaker and attended New Town the Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Kirby; parents Andy and Lilly Rigsby Kirby and brother, Kenneth Roberts.
