Josephine King Eubanks, 90, of Beersheba Springs died Sunday, July 15, at Southern Tennessee Medical Center in Winchester.
She was born Nov. 9, 1921, in Grundy County and was a retired factory worker with Altamont Shirt Factory, and was preceded in death by parents Aubrey Hill and Callie Dora Hale King, her husband Raymond Carl Eubanks Sr., son Raymond Carl Eubanks Jr., and sister Ruby Mae Tate.
Survivors include children, Andrew and Mae Eubanks, Francesca Griffith, Florence and Paul King, Joyce Brown, Pauline Myers, William and Glenda Eubanks, Verna and Jerry McCormick, Jannette and Joe King, and James and Beverly Eubanks, sisters Callie Loyce Beard, Katherine Imelia Cole, and Violet Lorine Bennett, and brothers Calbert Lee King, Charlie Tribue King, and Arlin Ernest King, 20 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service is 10 a.m. Wednesday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Sammy Lee and Garrett Adams will officiate. Interment will follow at Grace Chapel Cemetery. The Eubanks family will receive friends Wednesday from 8 to 10 a.m. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at
