Johnnie Joseph Johnson Jr., 57, a Spencer resident and Northampton, Mass., native was born Oct. 22, 1960 and died Aug. 1, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center following a sudden illness. He was a truck driver with Big G Express, member of the Church of Christ, and son of Johnnie Melvin and Brenda Johnson of McMinnville and the late Dorothy Ann Reynolds Johnson. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by stepmother Grace Johnson.
