Joe Thomas Braxton, 85, passed away Jan. 29 at the age of 85. His father, Herman Braxton, mother, Coreen Scott, and brother, Jim Braxton all preceded him in death. Joe was married to Mary Elizabeth (Turner) Braxton, who died in 1998.
