Morrison resident and Waynesboro, Va., native Joan Francis Lesnick, 70, was born April 17, 1942 and died Nov. 4 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.She was a retired assistant advertising agent with Times Newspaper and member of First Methodist Church in Morrison and was the daughter of the late Owen and Elizabeth Alma Courtney Lauderback.She was married Aug. 25, 1984 to George Brian Lesnick who survives. Also surviving are children, Dean (Lisa) Earman of Chesapeake, Va.; Darrell (Jane) Earman of Nokesville, Va.; Kimberly (Blaise) Duhe of New Orleans, La.; B. Curtis (Elly) Lesnick of Chesterton, Ind.; Catherine (Mike) Elgeness of Lombard, Ill., and Megann Lesnick of Chicago, Ill.; 14 grandchildren; two brothers, Billy Lee Lauderback of New Jersey and Gene Raymond of Waynesboro, Va.; and twin sister, Jane Arlene Glen of Stewarts Draft, Va.A memorial service will be held at a later date.
