Jo Dean Lentz, 90, of Knoxville (formerly of McMinnville) died peacefully at her home Monday, Sept. 28. She was born July 31, 1925 in Cannon County and worked alongside her husband Joe under their ownership of Lentz’s Cee Bee Grocery Store and was a member of First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Lentz was preceded in death by parents, James L. and Pearlie Harmon Underhill; sisters Vestie Maxwell, Nellie Jones, Artie Taylor, and Jean Boyd and brothers, J.B. Underhill and Jim Underhill Jr. Survivors include her husband of 70 years Joe B. Lentz; daughter Deborah Lentz Glenn; son Barry N. (Cathy) Lentz; grandchildren Tedman Glenn, Deedra Glenn, David Lentz, Jennifer (Mark) Brosseau and Kathryn Lentz, sister Charlene (J.B.) McGregor, and brother Brown Underhill.
