McMinnville resident and Warren County native Jimmy Andrew Boyd, 51, was born Jan. 19, 1966 and died May 23 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital following a sudden illness.An employee of Yorozu, he was the son of Winona Passons Boyd of Rock Island and the late John Thomas Boyd. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Doyle and Jerry Boyd.He was married on July 1, 1989 to Shannon Key Boyd of McMinnville. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by three daughters, Magen Bush and husband Kevin of Wilson County, Keri Boyd and fiancé Tyler Swoape of McMinnville, and Shelby Boyd of McMinnville; two grandchildren, Kayden Gingerich and Andrew Boyd; and brother Steve Boyd of Rock Island.Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 27, at High’s Chapel with Bro.
