McMinnville resident and Augusta, Ga. native Jesse Eugene Miller, 40, was born April 16, 1984 and died suddenly Oct. 10, 2024. Jesse was the life of the party. Whether at a rave or a bonfire, he consistently embodied the spirit of fun!
