Rock Island resident and Orlando, Fla., native Janice Sue Breedlove, 64, was born Feb. 1, 1950 and died Dec. 28 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. A teacher’s assistant with the Warren County School System, a member of Friendship the Baptist Church, and having served on the Warren County Commission, she was the daughter of the late Cleve and Emogene Vaughn Sanders. She was married to Gary Lynn Breedlove, who preceded her in death.
