McMinnville resident and White County native James Arnold Elliott, 75, was born Oct. 3, 1942 and died Jan. 18 at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital following an extended illness. A retired tool and die/ metal fabricator, a United States Army veteran of Vietnam, and a member of Northside Baptist Church, he was the son of the late Miller Joe and Dora Mae Davis Elliott. He was married to Delores Lee Bouldin Elliott, who preceded him in death Oct. 27, 2010.
