McMinnville resident Jace Brandon Sparkman, 30, died Oct. 7 in DeKalb County.He was born Nov. 30, 1984 in Cookeville to his parents, John Wayne Sparkman and Rhonda Sue Trusty Sparkman. He attended Tennessee Tech University and joined the love of his life, Pi Kappa Alpha. Jace was a kindhearted and very loving person.A celebration of life service will be held Sunday, Oct. 18 at 2 p.m. at Gath Baptist Church.He is survived by his parents, John and Rhonda Sparkman; aunt, Ann (Bobbie) Romans; uncles, Eddie (Linda) Sparkman and Johnny Trusty; first cousins, Edrie and Travis Whan; Kelley and Stacey Young and Lanae Campbell; second cousins, Trad Whan, Dylan, Brant and Moore Young, and Noah, Koley and Kamryn Campbell, all of McMinnville; brothers of Phi Kappa Alpha including his special friend and fraternity brother, Bruno, all of Cookeville.In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to New Creation Foundation, 1204 W.
