Ina Lee Ryan, 81, a Morrison resident and Van Buren County native, died April 16 in St. Thomas River Park Hospital following a sudden illness.
She was a retired registered nurse with the Warren County Health Department, member of the Church of Christ, and daughter of the late Alec and Belle Grissom Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by beloved father of her children, Kenneth Eugene Curtis; stepson, Edward Ryan Jr.; brothers Raymond and Leonard Johnson; and sisters Louise Bouldin and Lolene Bouldin.
Mrs. Ryan is survived by devoted, loving husband, Ed Ryan of Smartt Station; daughters and son-in-law Debbie Curtis of Murfreesboro and Vicky (Larry) White of Smartt Station; stepson Darrell Ryan of Winchester; stepdaughter Stephanie Palmer of Birmingham, Ala.; grandchildren Luke Brady, Adam (Betsy) White and Isaiah White; seven step-grandchildren; and great-grandchildren, Aiden White, Tucker White and Ryan White.
Funeral service was held Tuesday in High’s Chapel with Larry Vinson officiating. Interment followed at Long Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Smartt Church of Christ.
High Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
