Hugh D. Cline, 78, was born to Wade and Erma Cline in New Matamoras, Ohio on March 18, 1939 and passed away March 6. He and Margaret McCune were married in Lake Worth, Fla., on Nov. 4, 1961. He is survived by Margaret and their two sons, Mark, and his wife Tammy, and Steve and his wife, Jenny.
