Howard “David” Hobbs, 66, of Manchester died Monday, April 3, at his home in Manchester. David was born on Saturday, Aug. 5, 1950 in McMinnville to the late Homer and Hazel (Higgins) Hobbs. David was a member of McMinnville First Free Will Baptist Church and was a machinist where he retired at AEDC in Tullahoma.
