Morrison resident and Warren County native Helen Waulene Lewis Campbell, 89, was born June 8, 1923 and died Feb. 16 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness.A retired employee of Carrier Corporation and a member of Smartt Church of God, she was the daughter of the late William Franklin and Hettie Marvin Fults Lewis.She was married to Dillard Gillie Campbell Sr., who preceded her in death Dec. 28, 1985. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by son, Merle Marvin Campbell; and brother, Dudley General Lewis.She is survived by children, Mildred Loretta Rollings, Anthony Dwight Campbell and Bethel Smoot Campbell, all of Morrison, General Albert Nolan Campbell and Michael Odell Campbell, both of McMinnville, Vickie Marlene Fults of the Chestnut Grove community, and Dillard G. Campbell Jr. of the Skymont community; 20 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive.Funeral service was held Tuesday in High’s Chapel with Daniel Campbell officiating.
