H.B. Scott, 87, of McMinnville, died Thursday, April 13, at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital.He was born Feb. 13, 1930, in Grundy County, was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Martha Killian Scott, his wife Linda Joyce Rhea Scott, son Wade Scott, and his brothers T.L. and Osban Scott. Mr. Scott owned and operated Scott Brothers Nursery and served his country with the U.S. Army.Survivors include his daughter Tammy Young, granddaughter Kayla (Shane) Wilcher, great-grandchildren Jack and Emma Kate Wilcher, and brother Priceford (Joyce) Scott. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 15, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
