McMinnville resident and Warren County native Hassie Lee Dykes, 79, was born April 1, 1936 and died Dec. 11 at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital following an extended illness. Retired from B&P Lamp Supply and a member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Thurman and Della Myers Basham. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Cecil, Harold, Jimmy and Tommy Basham; sister Reba Joyce Fults; stepson Gary Dykes; brother-in-law Preston Doak; and sister-in-law Teresa Basham.
