Harold Steven Rutledge, 58, a Cleveland resident and Cleveland, Ohio native was born July 1, 1955 and died Oct. 27.He was the son of Nelda Lucille Hitchcock Rutledge of Cleveland and the late Thomas Eldridge Rutledge. In addition to his mother, he is survived by sister, Pam Seals of Cleveland and brother, Doyle Rutledge of Cleveland.Mr. Rutledge was a 1974 graduate of Bradley Central High School, an avid politician and an employee of Bingham & Guy Roofing Company.A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday in High’s Chapel with Bob McCoy to officiate. Burial will follow at Campaign Cemetery.
