Gregory Dennis Rogers, 67, a Dayton resident and Warren County native, was born March 30, 1953 and died Feb. 18 at his residence following an extended illness.
He was a retired forklift operator with Don’s Foods, and the son of the late Sam Jones and Virginia Jeannette Cantrell Rogers Jr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Debbie MacPherson Rogers.
Mr. Rogers is survived by companion, Wanda Giles of Dayton, daughter Christina Rogers of Lebanon, stepmother Mary Lou Law Rogers of
Lafayette, 13 grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law Vick Lamound (Marcy) Rogers and Robert (Sandy) Rogers, both of McMinnville, halfsisters Brenda Gail (Kenny) Barrineau of South Carolina, Kathy Darlene Hardin of Bethpage, TN, Penny Lenora Wade and Kimberly Macha Rogers both of Lafayette, and half-brother, Mark Anthony Rogers of Lafayette. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
