Grace Simmons Ward of McMinnville died Sept. 7 at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta, Ga. She was 87. She was born Nov. 2, 1929 in White County to the late William and Maude Scott Simmons. She retired as a cafeteria manager in the Warren County School System, and also worked for Falcon Manor.
