McMinnville resident and Dry Creek, Ky., native Gloria Alice Coppinger, 67, was born Nov. 2, 1945 and died Feb. 23 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness.A retired employee of A.O. Smith and member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Johnathon and Mary Caudill.She was married Feb. 13, 1976 to Frank Coppinger Jr., of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Jennifer (Michael) Reed of Rock Island, and Melanie (Dennis) McCormick of McMinnville; four grandchildren, Trent, Kayla, Nichole and Madison; two sisters, Lizzie Caudill of Kentucky and Liddie Fox of Murfreesboro; brother, Jonas Caudill of Kentucky, and a host of nieces and nephews.Funeral service was held Monday in High’s Chapel with William Wanamaker officiating.
