Glenda Faye Dunn, 68, of Mt. Juliet (formerly of McMinnville) died Friday, Dec. 26, at Good Samaritan Health and Rehab Center in Antioch.
She was born May 2, 1946, in Madisonville, Ky., was a caretaker of the elderly and a member of McMinnville First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by parents Allan and Charlotte Willodean Grimes Wood and son Robert David Dunn.
Survivors include her brother, Gary (Kay) Wood of Hixson; sisters, Allana (Ben) Waldrop of Mt. Juliet and Lisa (Ben) Picou of Houma, La.; nephews Gary (Janet) Wood II, Corey (Sabrina) Wood, Kenneth Bond, Justin (Kayleigh) Day, and Kyle Nelson; great nieces, Paige Wood and Emma Wood; and special friends, Jean Gilley and Helen Shockley.
Funeral service is 1 p.m. Wednesday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Bo Hendrix will officiate. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
