Ginger Lee McDowell, 74, died at her residence on Wednesday, Nov. 29 after a three-year battle with cancer.She was born Aug. 2, 1943 in Antigo, Wis. She was retired from A.O. Smith in McMinnville. She loved to be outside in the yard.She was preceded in death by parents, Elmer and Avis Stengl, husband E.L. McDowell on Dec. 3, 2013, and Rodney McDowell on June 24, 2009.Survivors include daughters, Brenda (Garry) Murphy and Debbie McDowell, both of McMinnville; two grandsons, Michael McDowell, Justin McDowell and fiancé Kayla Collins, all from McMinnville.
