Mr. George Alan Taylor, 61, of Rock Island (Campaign community) died Friday, July 22, at his residence. 

He was born May 21, 1961, in Louisville, Ky., was a general laborer, and was preceded in death by his parents George W. and Lena Whitworth Taylor and a sister Diane Smith.

Survivors include his companion Patsy Fischer, daughters Tera Nicholas and Lena Taylor, grandchildren Haley Nicholas and David Nicholas, great-grandchild Lakelynn Puffenbarger, a brother Larry (Lynn) Miller, niece Lisa Miller, and nephew Keith Miller.
