Frank T. Underhill Jr., 85, of McMinnville, died Wednesday, Nov. 9, at his residence. He was born April 25, 1931, in McMinnville, was the owner and operator of Underhill Stave Mill and a member of Locust Street Church of God and attended North Hills Church of God of Prophecy. Mr. Underhill was preceded in death by parents Frank T. and Lula Page Underhill Sr., his first wife Sadie Underhill, sisters Luberta Pryor and Ernestine Smartt, and brothers Ezra, Alex, Jim, Otis, and Jerry Underhill.Survivors include his wife Ethelene McCarver Rust Underhill, daughters Brenda H. (Thomas) Bunch and Patricia U. (Bobby) Gerdeman, grandchildren Jason (Jennifer) Hitchcock, Bethany (Nathan) Gregorich, and Ashley Morgan and great-grandchildren Kristin, William, and Sydney Hitchcock and Bryce Gerdeman, Serenity Morgan, and Easton and Gray Gregorich.Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel.
