Frances Yvonne Drake, 82, a Warren County resident and native, was born Sept. 26, 1935 and died June 13 at NHC Healthcare of McMinnville following an extended illness. She was a retired saleslady with JC Penney, member of Mt. Leo Church of Christ, and daughter of the late James Louis and Willie Mabel Hobbs Dodson.
