McMinnville resident and Coffee County native Frances Rose Hill Wilhoite, 81, was born Jan. 9, 1930 and died Oct. 21 at Horizon Health and Rehab Center in Manchester following an extended illness. A retired employee of Eaton Pajama Factory and member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Eril Vaughn Poff. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, James Aubrey Hill and Ed Wilhoite; two sons, Mark and Jimmy Hill, and two sisters, Lois Todd and Annie May.
