Frances Faye Steinmann, 74, a McMinnville resident and Pound, Va., native died March 16 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville following an extended illness. She was a homemaker, member of the Church of God, and daughter of the late Edmund and Opal Mullins.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Leslie Russell; sister, Joyce Williams and brothers, Bruce and Letcher Mullins. Mrs. Steinmann is survived by children, Melanie (Todd) Evans, Michael Steinmann (Glenda Johnson), Jody (Debbie) Steinmann and Cindy (Scott) Willett, all of McMinnville; 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, brother, Kermit Mullins of Georgia, and several nieces and nephews.
