Ms. Flonnie Hazel Waller, 93, of McMinnville died Wednesday, Jan. 2, at the NHC HealthCare Center in McMinnville. She was the daughter of the late Elijah and Pearlie Self Caplinger. She was also preceded in death by husband Andrew Boyd Waller; daughter, Hazel Boyd Waller; and brothers, Delton and Walter Caplinger.
