McMinnville resident and Warren County native Elmer Martin Jr., was born to the late Elmer and Marjorie Martin on June 11, 1947 and departed this life Dec. 1. He was 67. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Martin and Clarence Martin; and sister, Marjorie Ann Martin.
