DeleteMcMinnville resident and DeKalb County native Elizabeth Agnes “Lizzie” Neal, 93, was born Sept. 9, 1919 and died Sept. 13 at Raintree Manor Nursing Home following an extended illness. A retired employee of Levi Straus and member of McMinnville Cumberland Presbyterian Church, she was the daughter of the late James Henry and Sarah Elizabeth Knowles Certain. She was married to Luther Neal, who preceded her in death March 8, 1999.
