McMinnville resident and Warren County native Dorothy Imogene Mayfield, 86, was born April 7, 1933 and died June 2 at Raintree Manor following an extended illness.

A homemaker and member of Campaign Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Otis and Mary Jones Dykes. She was married to Leonard C. Mayfield, who preceded her in death Nov. 20, 2012. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Barbara Wagoner and Lisa Boyd, and grandson Michael Boyd.

She is survived by three grandchildren and spouses, Steve and Denise Mayfield of Campaign, Roger and Heather Wagoner of McMinnville, and Phillip Boyd of Ohio; seven great-grandchildren, Brittany Mayfield, Kaleb Boyd, Ada Boyd, Adam Boyd, Katlyn Boyd, Alivia Boyd, and Brooklyn Boyd; and brother and sister-in-law Harold and Hassie Dykes of McMinnville.

Funeral service was Tuesday, June 4, at Campaign Church of Christ with Jason Gann officiating. Burial followed at Crain Hill Cemetery in Van Buren County. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
