McMinnville resident and Grundy County native Donna Sue Mayfield, 55, was born April 4, 1960 and died Aug. 3 at her residence following a sudden illness. A homemaker and a member of Armstrong Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Geneva Sanders Hobbs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Clinton, Kenneth and Danny Hobbs; two sisters, Diane Hobbs and Joann Ware; and nephew, Jeremy Ware.
