Mr. Donald “Donnie” Hillis, age 83, of Spencer passed away Tuesday, Oct. 13, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Donnie was born Feb. 12, 1937, in the Rocky River community, to the late Homer Cleveland and Geneva Johnson Hillis.
