Dimple Lee Davis Parsley, 81, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, was born Sept. 1, 1935 and died Aug. 16 at her residence following a brief illness.She was a retired salesperson with Kings Department Store and Fraley’s Furniture, member of the Baptist Church and daughter of the late Felix Butler Davis and Avale Ruth Willmore Davis. Mrs. Parsley was married Sept. 16, 1950 to Robert Lee Parsley Jr., who preceded her in death on July 13. Survivors include two children, Cynthia Parsley of McMinnville and David Parsley of Murfreesboro; brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Mae Davis of Smyrna; sister Katherine Cantrell of Donelson; four grandchildren, Stacy Sanders, Jeremy Sanders, Jessica Parsley Tidwell and Christopher Parsley; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
