Morrison resident and Ft. Payne, Ala., native DeLone Franklin Arthur, 78, was born Jan. 21, 1933 and died Sept. 7 at the Veterans Hospital in Nashville following a brief illness.A retired employee of the United States Postal Service and United States Army and Air Force veteran, he was a pilot and avid photographer and loved reading and computers. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW in Florida.
