McMinnville resident and Warren County native Della Irene Foster, 96, was born July 1, 1920 and died Dec. 18 at her residence following a sudden illness. Retired from McMinnville Garment Company where she worked for 27 years and a member of East End Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late James Perry and Lillie Newby Mullican. She was married April 26, 1934 to Herbert Lawrence Foster, who preceded her in death on April 6, 2002.
