Ms. Deborah “Debbie” Renee Carr, 57, of McMinnville passed from this life Monday, Feb. 5, at her residence in McMinnville.

Debbie was born Friday, Dec. 2, 1960 in McMinnville to the late Thomas and Ethel (Brooks) Carr. She worked as a registered nurse and in nursing informatics. She lived throughout the western United States and Alaska. She loved traveling, the outdoors, her pets and working in fiber arts.

Surviving are sisters Karen Carr of McMinnville and Kim Luther of Murfreesboro, brothers Timothy Carr of Dickson, and Thomas Carr of Columbia, nieces and nephews, Rebecca Luther, Nathan Luther, Joe Luther, Dayanera (Carr) Coil, and Darren Carr.

The family will receive friends Saturday, Feb. 17, from 12 to 2 p.m., the time of the service. Memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church on Saturday, Feb. 17, at 2 p.m. with pastor Tommy Vann officiating.
