Ms. Deborah “Debbie” Renee Carr, 57, of McMinnville passed from this life Monday, Feb. 5, at her residence in McMinnville. Debbie was born Friday, Dec. 2, 1960 in McMinnville to the late Thomas and Ethel (Brooks) Carr. She worked as a registered nurse and in nursing informatics.
