Debbie Lynn Webb, 57, of McMinnville died Thursday, Jan. 19 at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital after an extended illness. Deb was born Monday, March 23, 1959 in McMinnville and was the daughter of Sarah Adcock Stevens, and the late Bobby Ray Stevens. Deb spent her life caring for those around her, working many years as a surgical nurse in White and Warren County.
