David W. Moore, 65, of Hixson died Tuesday, July 28.He was born in McMinnville and at the age of 14, was the youngest in Chattanooga to become an Eagle Scout. He was a 1968 graduate of Central High School and a graduate of Tennessee Technological University. He retired from TVA as a senior nuclear reactor operator and after retirement he continued to work as a consultant with TVA. He loved his family, antique cars and had many friends.
