McMinnville resident and Warren County native Daniel Chadwick Sullivan, 37, was born April 27, 1976 and died March 17 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro following a brief illness.A welder, he was the son of Delores Womack Moore of McMinnville and Danny Sullivan of McMinnville. He was married May 25, 2002 to Jessica Narramore Sullivan of McMinnville. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two daughters, Kaylee Jade Sullivan and Abby Grace Sullivan, both of McMinnville; stepfather, Raymond Moore of McMinnville; maternal grandmother, Lessie Womack of McMinnville; sister and brother-in-law, Teri Lee Sullivan-Elmore and Robb of Memphis; brother, Cory Wayne Sullivan of McMinnville; stepsisters, Peggy Prifogle and Josie King, both of McMinnville; stepbrothers, Allen, Jason and Stephen Moore, all of McMinnville; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jackie and Sharon Narramore of McMinnville; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, two sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law.Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in High’s Chapel with Jerry Womack officiating.
