Smyrna resident and Killeen, Texas native Cynthia Michele Crim, 52,  was born Sept. 30, 1967 and passed away suddenly July 8 at Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City. 

A registered nurse with the Veterans Administration Hospital in Nashville, and a member of Christ Community Church, she was the daughter of Sandra Burger of McMinnville and the late Maurice Dwight Burger.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by aunt Sandra Lancin.      

Mrs. Crim was married in December of 2018 to Terrence Crim of Smyrna. In addition to her husband and her mother, she is survived by five children, Clinton Mansell of McMinnville, Andrew Mansell of Overton County, TN, Alexandra Thomas of Johnson City, Julianne Thomas of Smyrna, and Ethan Thomas of Smyrna, brother and sister-in-law Chad and Marcie Burger of Morrison, niece Sydney Burger of McMinnville, nephew Tyler Waldrop of Cleveland, aunt Jackie Powers of McMinnville, uncle Kenneth Ware of McMinnville, and several other aunts, uncles and cousins. 

Memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 12, at High’s Chapel with Jeremy Kliewer officiating. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the time of service Sunday at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
