Constance Kay Williams-Palmer, 73, of McMinnville died Thursday, Feb. 4 at Raintree Manor Nursing Center in McMinnville.She was born Dec. 14, 1942 in Ypsilanti, Mich., and was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. Mrs. Williams-Palmer was preceded in death by father, Joseph Arthur DeNoyer; stepfather, Harold Ruffing; and son, Joseph Arthur Ligmal. Survivors include her husband, Tom Palmer; mother, Lorraine Ruffing; daughter, Marcell (William) Wright; grandchildren, Cody (Cameo) Spohn, Calin Spohn, Clint Spohn, Caitlin Spohn, and Camille Spohn; great-grandchildren, Alaina Spohn and Sophie Spohn; sister, Lorraine Marie Mansour Saunders; brother, Dennis (Maureen) DeNoyer, and sister-in-law, Ellen Frances Johnson.
