Clifton Ray Dexter, 69, of Smithville died Saturday at Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation in Smith County. He was a member of Prosperity Baptist Church, Christian Motorcycle Association, and he was a telephone line installer. He served in the U.S. Army.
