Morrison resident and Wisconsin native Clifford Wellman, 61, was born July 15, 1959 and died July 4 at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville following an extended illness.
A stocker at Walmart, he was the son of the late Peter Frank Wellman and Pauline Fitch Wellman of Morrison. He was married to Tammie Kay Newman Wellman of Morrison on Dec. 10, 1977.
In addition to his wife and mother, Mr. Wellman is survived by son and daughter-in-law Jeremy and Angelica Wellman of McMinnville, two daughters and sons-in-law, Shannon and Josue Torres of Morrison, and Beth and Justin Wanamaker of Knob Noster, MO; seven grandchildren, Crasiyah, Braylon, and Gracey Torres, Milly and Donovan Wellman, and Ryan and Greyson Wanamaker, one great-grandchild, Kylen Meeks, two brothers and sister-in-law Audie and Johnnie Wellman of Morrison, and Bruce Wellman of McMinnville, sister and brother-in-law Diania and Bobby Basham of McMinnville, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, at High’s Chapel with Jackie Matheny officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of service at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
